Assalam! Welcome back to a new blog. This is the story of a student from Pakistan who has successfully obtained a student visa for France.
Introduction:
This is our student who has come to the office today with his passport and cake because he has received his student visa from France. Let’s listen to his experience, the program he will attend, his budget, and processing time.
France as a Study Destination:
France is a very good option for those applying for Master’s or Bachelor’s programs.
Interview with the Student:
Alaam alaikum! How are you?
Student: Thanks to Allah, I am fine. We are still in our office in Belgium. The two visas that I have are from France. Alhamdulillah, everything is in order.
Experience with the Visa Process:
I started the process for Australia, but due to changes in the rules, I diverted my focus to Europe. After searching for videos online, I found helpful information and many people shared their positive experiences about the process.
Understanding the Visa Process:
It’s essential to understand that the process in Europe requires the student to be involved and informed about every step. Many students come to our office after following our content online.
Applying to Universities:
I applied to four to five universities, including Paris Saclay, but unfortunately did not get admission there. I eventually got into the University of Côte d’Azur, which is a public university offering an MSc in Biobank and Complex Data Management. This field is relatively new in Pakistan, and I believe it has a promising future.
Motivation for the Program:
My motivation came from my Bachelor’s in Biotechnology and a desire to pursue further studies in a relevant field. I realized that there were limited options in Pakistan, and I wanted to explore opportunities in Europe, particularly in health care and research.
Cost and Budget:
The approximate cost for my first-year fee is around 5,500 Euros. Other expenses, including documentation and various fees, total about 25 lakhs PKR, which covers everything from living expenses to travel costs.
Visa Processing Timeline:
The total time for visa processing was about eight days after submitting my documents. After the university interview, I received my admission letter and completed the visa process, which was quite smooth.
Experience with Campus France:
The Campus France interview lasted about 20 to 40 minutes, and although it was challenging, the experience was ultimately positive.
Learning the Language:
I have also started learning French, which is crucial for integrating into the local culture and improving job prospects in France.
Conclusion:
I want to thank everyone who supported me through this journey. With the visa secured, I can now share this good news with my family, and I hope my experience inspires other students to pursue their dreams abroad.
